SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, where details are required from a customer, then 1-2 business days from confirmation of final design/details from the customer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY PROVIDERS
We use various courier companies to ship your order and we are not liable for:
- Mistakes made by any of them
- Wrong address or number given by customers
- Damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping & handling charge, when promotions are not in place, are as follows for orders under $99 is $12.00 worldwide (free within UK and UAE), and over, we ship for free worldwide, although we reserve the right to amend these rates at any time and it is for customers to ensure they are upto date with our rates prior to shipment by visiting our website!! Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.
SHIPMENT DESTINATIONS AND P.O. BOXES
Smart Tap only ships to addresses with contact name and numbers and including P.O. Boxes, where appropriate.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 12pm GMT will only be processed the following business day.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Smart Tap is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
DAMAGES
Smart Tap is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
